1.Equipment and Boat Preparation

We will provide all necessary fishing equipment and prepare the boat to ensure optimal performance before the trip.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation:

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days (H-3) before the trip to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the trip will only be eligible for a 50% refund, except for the Monster Game package, which is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Bali Pro Fishing:

We reserve the right to cancel the trip at any time before departure due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather.

In the case of cancellation by Bali Pro Fishing, customers will receive a 100% refund or an option to reschedule the trip to a more suitable date.

  1. Captain’s Authority

The captain’s decision is final and must be followed at all times during the trip.

  1. Safety First

Safety is our top priority. All participants must comply with safety instructions given by the crew.

  1. Damage or Loss of Equipment

Customers are responsible for any damage or loss of fishing equipment during the trip.

Minor damages will be subject to a repair fee.

Lost equipment will be charged 75% of the listed price on the marketplace.

  1. Bait and Fishing Gear

We provide artificial bait, but if the backup supply runs out, an additional charge will apply.

All fishing gear and equipment are provided by us, and customers cannot request specific brands of fishing equipment.
